Air Delivery with a Pet Nanny
Your puppy travels in the airplane cabin with a trusted pet nanny and is personally delivered to an agreed airport.
How Pet Nanny Air Delivery Works
Your puppy is never alone and never placed in cargo. Your puppy remains safely with the pet nanny in the airplane cabin, riding securely with the nanny among the other passengers throughout the journey. The process is personal, transparent, and coordinated with you from the first request through the airport handoff.
- Choose your airport and preferred dates. Tell Royal Puppy Love which airport is nearest you and provide two days that would work well for delivery.
- We post the trip request. Royal Puppy Love posts the job on the pet-nanny job board. Interested pet nannies check flight availability and return a proposed travel day, arrival time, flight information, and price.
- You review the proposed itinerary. Pet nannies commonly fly standby, so the actual arrival time may change based on airline capacity on the day of travel. We will explain the proposed schedule and quote before you accept it.
- The nanny receives a deposit. After your family accepts the proposed flight schedule, the pet nanny is paid a deposit—usually about $150. The exact deposit and total delivery price are confirmed for your trip.
- A group text keeps everyone connected. Approximately 24 hours before the flight, the pet nanny starts a group text with the family, Royal Puppy Love, and the nanny. Everyone receives the same real-time travel updates.
- You will know who to meet. On the morning of travel, Carol meets the pet nanny at the airport and sends the family a photo of the nanny with the puppy, so you know exactly who to look for at your airport.
- Follow the journey. The nanny texts updates along the route and sends a final photo once the puppy is safely in the arms of his or her new family.
- Pay the remaining delivery balance at arrival. Families typically pay the nanny the remaining flight-delivery balance in cash when the puppy arrives at their local airport.
Important: The puppy’s full purchase balance must be paid to Royal Puppy Love no later than 24 hours before the scheduled flight. Pet-nanny fees are separate from the puppy purchase price.
Before Your Puppy Comes Home
- Choose your puppy and select your payment, package, and homecoming preferences.
- Complete checkout, required acknowledgments, and your electronic signature.
- Royal Puppy Love confirms the pickup appointment or delivery arrangements with you.
- Any remaining puppy balance is due before pickup or ground delivery. For pet-nanny flights, the puppy’s full purchase balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before the scheduled flight.
The puppy price does not include sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. Travel timing remains subject to the puppy being ready to go home and the confirmed transportation arrangements.
