Your Puppy Is Never Shipped Alone
With Royal Puppy Love’s pet-nanny option, the puppy is never placed in cargo, never left alone, and always travels in the aircraft cabin with the nanny. The nanny personally accompanies the puppy from our airport to the family’s selected airport.
1. Choose the Airport and Two Preferred Days
The buyer identifies the most convenient airport and provides two possible delivery days. Flexibility matters because pet nannies commonly travel using standby flight privileges.
2. We Post the Trip to the Pet-Nanny Job Board
Royal Puppy Love posts the requested route. A qualified nanny checks flight availability and responds with a proposed date, time, routing, and price. You review the proposal before accepting it.
3. Understand Standby Timing
A proposed itinerary is the best available plan, not the same as a guaranteed reserved seat. Actual departure or arrival can change according to airline capacity on the travel day. Keep the day flexible and your phone available.
4. Accept the Schedule and Pay the Nanny Deposit
After the family accepts the proposed schedule, the pet nanny is paid a deposit—usually about $150. The puppy’s purchase balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight. The nanny’s remaining transportation balance is typically paid in cash when the puppy arrives at the destination airport.
5. Everyone Stays Connected
About 24 hours before travel, the nanny begins a group text with Royal Puppy Love and the family. Everyone sees the same updates. On the morning of departure, we meet the nanny at the airport and send a photograph of the nanny with your puppy so you know whom to look for.
The nanny texts updates along the route. After handoff, the nanny sends a final photo showing the puppy safely in the new family’s arms.
What to Bring to the Airport
- Photo identification and the nanny’s contact information
- A secure carrier or harness/leash appropriate for the trip home
- Towels, cleanup supplies, and water
- The remaining nanny balance in the agreed form
- A flexible pickup plan in case standby travel changes the arrival time
Delivery Cost Is Separate From Puppy Price
Flight route, availability, nanny, airport, and timing affect the quote. Confirm all amounts and deadlines before accepting the itinerary. Sales tax and puppy purchase terms are handled through the puppy order; nanny transportation may be paid separately as described in the accepted proposal.
