Royal Puppy Love offers a Puppy Reservation Service (Holding Fee) for specifically identified puppies. This payment is made in exchange for Royal Puppy Love reserving the selected puppy exclusively for the Buyer.
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the reservation service is completed when Royal Puppy Love sends Buyer written confirmation by email that the puppy is sold to Buyer and the reservation is complete. Upon transmission of that confirmation email, the holding fee is earned.
Accordingly, the holding fee is non-refundable, except if Royal Puppy Love is unable to deliver the puppy, if the puppy is found prior to delivery to have a serious health condition that makes placement inappropriate, or if Royal Puppy Love declines or cancels the sale prior to delivery.
If Buyer timely completes the purchase of the selected puppy, the holding fee will be applied as a credit toward the total purchase price of that puppy.
The holding fee may be transferred to a future litter for up to six (6) months from the original payment date, subject to availability. Future litters are not guaranteed, and any transferred holding fee not used within the six (6) month period shall expire.
Because the holding fee is payment for a reservation service that is completed upon written email confirmation, it is not refundable due to cancellation, change of mind, household disagreement, timing, travel issues, landlord issues, financing issues, failure to make final payment, or any other reason not expressly stated above.
Royal Puppy Love reserves the right to refuse, decline, or cancel any sale prior to delivery, with or without cause, in its sole discretion. If Royal Puppy Love elects not to complete the sale prior to delivery, Buyer will be refunded all amounts paid to Royal Puppy Love.
